Ingredients:

  • 1 large can of hunt's diced tomatoes
  • 2 small cans of hunt's petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp of minced garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 1-2 inches in diameter pile of fresh cilantro chopped
  • for hot salsa

Directions:

  1. Empty cans into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Chop up an onion in to slim pieces and add.
  3. Then add the garlic.
  4. Chop up the cilantro and add it.
  5. Cut and squeeze a lime into the bowl.
  6. Add seasoning and for spicier salsa mince a habanero Pepper into it.
  7. Stir in ingredients and then season to taste.
  8. For better flavor mixing, leave in the fridge for a few hours.
