Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp butter

Directions:

  1. Bring cream and butter just to a boil, pour over chips. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 T Cognac. Whisk until smooth. Pour over cake or let cool and roll into truffles.
