Ingredients:

  • 2 cup water
  • 4 tbsp salt kosher
  • 5-6 clove garlic
  • sprig rosemary
  • slice red onions
  • 5 cucumber medium

Directions:

  1. Quarter 5 medium cucumbers lengthwise. Put spears into a 2 quart jar, vertically. Combine vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Stir until salt and Sugar are dissolved. Add onion, rosemary, and garlic cloves.. Poor mixture into jar and refrigerate 24 hours.
