Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine water and oats and mix well.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Cream butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla.
  5. Beat in eggs and oatmeal mixture.
  6. Sift together dry ingredients and add gradually to creamed mixture, beating one minute.
  7. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan.
  8. Crumble peanut butter cups and sprinkle on top, making a thicker layer around the edges.
  9. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until center tests done.
  10. Cool completely and frost.
