Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 (225 g) package mint chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until fluffy. Mix in flour, baking soda & salt. Stir in chips.
  3. Drop heaping tsp in ungreased pan about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
