Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. After the cake has been cooled place it into a stand mixer.
  2. Add the cream cheese.
  3. Mix on medium until combined.
  4. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Roll about a tablespoon into a ball. Repeat until of the mixture is finished.
  6. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler.
  7. Now, Dip a popsicle stick into the chocolate just to coat a bit of the bottom.
  8. Place it into the cake ball.
  9. Repeat until all balls have a stick.
  10. Dip each pop into the chocolate and let the extra chocolate drip off.
  11. Repeat.
  12. Place in freezer until ready to serve.
  13. Best served with coffee and frozen.
