Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) box devil's food cake mix
  • 1 oz red food coloring

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Beat all ingredients with mixer on medium until well combined (batter will be thick).
  4. Use a 1 inch cookie scoop and drop dough about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
  5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set.
  6. Remove from cookie sheets and let cool.
