Red Grapes With Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 3 dozen medium brussel sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup whole seedles sweet red grapes

Directions:

  1. Clean and half the sprouts
  2. Steam sprouts crisp tender
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet
  4. Add sprouts cook over med-hi heat till almost tender soft but not mushy and still nice and green
  5. Lower heat, add grapes
  6. Stir and simmer till grapes heated through
