Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Slice red cabbage thinly.
  2. Put in medium pot add rest of ingredients except butter.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
  4. At the end when is done add butter.
  5. Can be eaten hot or cold.
