  1. Saute garlic and mushrooms in olive oil, stirring vigorously for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the stock, port and truffle oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook over low heat with the lid on until the mushrooms are soft.
  5. Process in the blender. Soup should be slightly thick.
  6. Serve in warm bowls and garnish with sour cream.
