Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well to combine.
  2. Add/mix in the diced chilies, chopped tomato, fresh garlic, chili powder and salt; mix well to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for minimum 3 hours or more.
  4. Remove from fridge and spread cream cheese mixture over the tortilla (you can use/spread any amount desired).
  5. Roll up very tightly.
  6. Trim the ends.
  7. Place on a foil-lined lightly greased flat baking sheet.
  8. Broil until golden brown.
