Real Belgian Stiff Dough Waffles-No Sugar Added

Ingredients:

  • 6 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 1/4 cups splenda granular
  • 1 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in microwave.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Beat eggs and water together with mixer, slowly add to dry ingredients.
  4. When mixed add butter and beat with mixer.
  5. Dough will be stiff.
  6. Use Belgian waffle iron - makes 8 waffles.
