Homemade Basil Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 8 medium tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves

Directions:

  1. Put the tomatos in a blender an blend untill you have tomato juice. Then put the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend untill you get a nice orange creamy liquid. You can then just put into the refrigerator and use when ever. It would also probly make a good soup to but haven't tried that yet.
