Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2-4 oz vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup ground walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, shortening, and sugar.
  2. Add yogurt, vanilla, and berries; mix well.
  3. Add flour, nuts, nutmeg, soda, and baking powder.
  4. Bake at 375* for about 20 minutes.
