Ingredients:

  • 2 quarts raspberries
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 3 cups hot water

Directions:

  1. Run raspberries through colander then squeeze through coarsely woven cloth extracting every possible bit of pulp but no seeds.
  2. Mix sugar and hot water then stir and bring to boil and boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Combine lemon juice, raspberries and syrup.
  4. Cool and freeze.
