Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar and water and bring to the boil.
  2. Simmer 5 minutes to make a syrup.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Combine berry puree with lemon juice and syrup.
  5. Place in a metal bowl or tray.
  6. Freeze till set.
