Rakott  Karfiol (Layered Cauliflower)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 8 tbsp butter (1 stick)

Directions:

  1. Cook cauliflower
  2. In casserole dish, layer butter, sour cream and butter; repeat until cauliflower used up.
  3. Top layer should be sour cream.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until sour cream turns brown.
  5. Salt to taste.
