Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; saute 1 minute.
  2. Add bell peppers and poblanos; saute until tender, about 12 minutes.
  3. Add onions; saute until softened, 3 or 4 minutes.
  4. Add cheese and simmer until cheese melts. Stir in cilantro, season with salt and pepper and serve.
