Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 10 g dry yeast
  • 100 g raisins
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 cup warm water

Directions:

  1. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and make a hole at the center.
  2. In the center add the eggs and oil and stir.
  3. Add water as neadded to make it smooth.
  4. Mix for 10 minutes.
  5. Let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  6. Bake at 200ºC for 30 minutes.
