Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 170o C.
  2. Grease a 20cm square baking tin.
  3. Combine egg, yoghurt, honey, vanilla essence, raisins, oats,seeds and flour in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Spoon into tin and pat down firmly.
  5. Bake for aprox 30 min or untill golden brown.
  6. Cool in tin then cut into squares.
