Raisin Sauce for Ham

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix together brown sugar, dry mustard, and flour.
  2. Slowly whisk in remaining ingredients.
  3. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. Boil for 1 minute, then serve with cooked ham.
