Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan combine all the ingredients and bring to a simmer.
  2. Cook until mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon; approximately 10 minutes and there you have it!
