Raisin Sauce for Baked Ham

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except raisins in a small saucepan.
  2. Stir over low heat until sauce thickens.
  3. Cook five minutes, then add raisins.
  4. Cook five minutes more.
  5. Serve hot over baked ham.
