Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups bran flakes
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tbsp confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Blend butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and beat well.
  3. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  4. Crush bran flakes slightly and add with flour to first mix.
  5. Add raisin (to your taste)>.
  6. Fold only until combined.
  7. Spread in greased 9x13 pan.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
  9. Remove and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar on top.
  10. Cut when Cool.
  11. Enjoy!
