Directions:

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until just tender, 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except lettuce to pasta. Toss to blend well.
  3. Serve at room temperature or chilled on bed of lettuce.
