Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, brown sugar and egg and flavoring.till fluffy -
  2. Add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.mix well.
  3. Stir in coconut and nuts if desired.
  4. Drop by tspful 2 apart on greased sheets.
  5. Butter bottom of glass, dip in sugar and press cookie flat.
  6. Bake at 3508 10-12 minutes -
  7. Cool on rack.
