  1. Beat egg whites until stiff, add vanilla and salt. Combine the rest of ingredients and add to egg white mixture. Drop from a spoon on to greased baking sheet. Bake in a slow oven (325 deg. F.) for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. As with anything with egg whites, just watch for over browning.
