Quicky Lemon Crisp Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 (3 oz) packages instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Cream shortening, then add flour baking soda and salt.
  2. Mix well and add sugar and the pudding mixes and blend well.
  3. Add eggs and mix.
  4. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
