Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Steam carrots.
  2. Saute onions and green pepper in butter.
  3. In a bowl stir in mayo, cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and vegetables.
  4. Spray baking pan with Pam.
  5. Add vegetable mix top with bread crumbs.
  6. Bake 350 for 30 min uncovered.
