Quick Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add eggs, salt, baking soda, and raisins.
  3. Add flour and oats.
  4. Cook by the tea spoon dropful on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350º for about 10-12 minutes (when edges are brown).
