Ingredients:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add rest of ingrediants.
  3. If you want a chocolate sponge flavour now - 2-3Tablespoons cocoa mixed with a little hot water.
  4. Pour into 2 well greased round tins.
  5. Bake 350f 25 mins.
  6. When the sponges have cooled fill with vanilla flavoured whipped cream and berries, put sponges together and pour over chocolate sauce.
