Ingredients:

  • 2-3 cups self-rising flour ( if you only have plain , just add a tbsp baking powder)
  • 1-2 heaping tbsp mayo
  • several splashes milk (about 3/4 to 1 cup)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Stir all ingredients together
  3. **should be a little thicker than cake batter**
  4. Pour into 12 count greased muffin tin
  5. Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 20 minutes
  6. *Serve with butter*
  7. **OPTIONAL ADD INS**
  8. *Parsley, as much as you like*
  9. **Garlic, as much as you like (I use the juice from a jar of minced garlic, but it doesn't take much of that)**
