Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spray one side of one flour tortilla with nonstick cooking spray and place in skillet sprayed-side down. Top with salsa and cheese. Put 2nd tortilla on top and press closed with spatula. Spray top of 2nd tortilla.
  3. Cook 2-3 min or until both sides are golden brown and crispy, flipping as needed. Enjoy!
