Quick Green Beans With Roasted Red Peppers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean and snap the green beans (or use frozen and defrost in cold water and drain and dry do not use canned too mushy and salty)
  2. Julienne roasted red pepper strips
  3. Dice garlic
  4. Slice onion in strips (optional)
  5. Heat oil to almost smoking in a large skillet
  6. Toss in onions cook 1 minute
  7. Toss in green beans and red peppers and garlic and cook 2 - 3 minutes stirring
  8. Add cracked black pepper and lemon pepper or salt
