Quick Corn Relish

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 (12 oz) can mexicorn, drained

Directions:

  1. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients EXCEPT corn.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in corn, and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Spoon into bowl.
  5. Cover and refrigerate till chilled.
