Quick And Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 4 cups of confectioner's sugar
  • 1 cup of butter or margarine

Directions:

  1. 1) Microwave the butter and peanut butter on high until it is fully melted
  2. 2) While stirring the peanut butter and butter, add vanilla and confectioner's sugar (optional: mix in a cup of semi-sweet ground cocoa)
  3. 3) Stir until the consistency is smooth (hint, if you have a sifter, sift the confectioner's sugar before mixing)
  4. 4) Pour into an 8 x 8 inch pan
  5. 5) Refrigerate until hardened
  6. 7) Cut and enjoy
