Ingredients:

  • 1 box duncan hines lemon supremme cake mix
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. In large mixer bowl blend all ingredients
  2. Beat at med speed for 2 mins
  3. Generously grease baking pan
  4. Bake in a 350' F oven for:

  6. 1 10 inch tube pan or fluted pan............50 - 60 mins
  7. 2 8 inch round layer pans.......................38 - 43 mins
  8. 2 9 inch round layer pans.......................33 - 38 mins
  9. 1 9 x 13 inch oblong pan.........................40 - 45 mins
  10. ...........................................
  11. Cool tube pan cake 25 mins then remove from pan
  12. Cool all others for 15 - 20 mins then remove from pan
  13. Finish cooling on a wire rack.
