Quick and Easy Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken into small cubes and boil on high heat until chicken is cooked though.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions in separate pot.
  3. Dice vegetables into small pieces (except mushrooms).
  4. After chicken is thoroughly cooked reduce heat and add veggies. Cook until veggies are fork-tender.
  5. Drain pasta and chicken with veggies.
  6. Combine all ingredients and warm through.
  7. This recipe may be prepared with shredded cheese on top or bread crumbs for garnish.
