Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place onion into saucepan.
  2. Add small amount of the 2 cups water and cook onion until tender (about 3 minutes).
  3. Add the pumpkin, broth, remaining water, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low, add the milk and reheat until hot.
  6. Do not boil.
  7. Season with pepper and garnish with green onion tops.
  8. May also add more cinnamon or nutmeg for a different taste.
