Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ginger

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
  2. Spoon into eight (6 ounce) custard cups.
  3. Place in pan filled with 1 inch hot water.
  4. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Cool.
  6. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
