Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, dry then moist then combine, cook at mediumhigh heaat until brown each side serve with honey and butter
