  1. PREHEAT OVEN 375 degrees-grease several cookie sheets ahead of time:
  2. In large mixing bowl combine Cinnamon, Bakng soda, and Flour
  3. Now work in butter with pastry cutter till crumbly
  4. Add Oatmeal,Surgar and Walnuts to bowl stir till wel blended
  5. Mix pumpkin puree and honey
  6. Using hands work dough till kneaded.
  7. Make into quater size balls and place on cookie sheet 2 inchesi apart
  8. Flatten with fork and Bake 10 minutes till golden brown.
