Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oats or oat
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp clove
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. I believe you add everything together and prepare oatmeal as usual. She did not list instructions, so it can't be that hard, LOL.
