Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 12 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tbsp raisins

Directions:

  1. Combine sifted dry ingredients in separate bowl. Combine wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients slowly. Bake at 350-degrees. for 20 minutes.
