Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 16 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Add sugar, oil, eggs and buttermilk. Mix well.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour into two 9x5 loaf pans. Bake for 60-65 minutes.
