Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix in order.
  2. Line pans with waxed paper; grease pan heavily. Makes two loaves or 1 tube pan.
  3. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
