Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon , nutmeg , salt
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cup pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Nuts optional
  2. Sift together dry ingredient.make a well,and add sugar,eggs, oil, pumpkin & nuts..mix until smooth.spoon into 3 greased and floured bread pans. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
