Ingredients:

  • 31/2 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 11/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together then 1 at a time add liquid ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
  2. Bake at 350 for an hour or until golden brown.
