Ingredients:

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 splenda quick pack
  • 15 oz. pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Pour batter into a glass baking dish thathas been sprayed with nonstick spray.
  3. Bake 30-35 minutes or until center
  4. Is done - it will look 'puffed', but will shrink down as it cools.
