Pulled Pork - Slow Cooker

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb lean pork loin
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/8 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Used Smoked tabasco sauce, not regular
  2. Wisk all ingredient (except pork) together till smooth
  3. Spray inside of a slow cooker with Pam
  4. Cut meat into cubes
  5. Add meat to mixture, toss to coat
  6. Pour meat and mixture into slow cooker
  7. 3 hours on high
  8. 5-6 hours on low.
